Terms of Service

§1. General provisions

These terms define the rules for providing the SENDLY by ACTIO service sp. z o.o. – a telecom carrier registered with UKE.

Service, User, Account, SMS Credits, SMS, Sender ID – full definitions inside.

§3. Agreement

The agreement is concluded upon account registration and acceptance of these terms.

§4. Payments

Prepaid model. Each top-up requires upfront payment. VAT invoice issued after payment is booked.

§5. Liability

Carrier liability limited to the user's account balance. 99.9% SLA – non-compliance triggers proportional refund.

§6. Complaints

Complaints accepted via email at [email protected]. Resolution time: up to 14 business days.

§7. Final provisions

Disputes are settled by the court of jurisdiction over the Carrier's seat. Terms may change – we notify 14 days in advance.
